**His doctor approved the rice cereal and juice.** Without this, he would spit up almost everything that he took in. This is me feeding my 8 week old son rice cereal with a spoon. He has reflux and has to take a RX medicine for it once a day. I found that it doesn't dissolve completely so I'm not able to put it in a bottle. We dissolve the medicine in Gerber Apple Prune juice or Gerber Pear juice and then add the rice cereal. He has been spoon fed for a little over 2 weeks now. He seems to be getting the hang of it. You will see him start to cry, he seems to do that when I'm not giving him enough or I'm not fast enough for him. The reason for giving him the Soothie right after I put the cereal in his mouth is so that he doesn't get too upset until I give him the next spoonful. Please rate, comment, and subscribe.
